We are happy to anounce the latest Stephen Downes review of Sault, scoring 45/50. "I've eaten in and around Daylesford a fair bit and sault is the area's best restaurant by a long way". We congratulate our head chef Cindy on all her hard work, and thank the entire sault team for all their continual efforts. Thank you too to all our regular customers for the support they have shown.

Sault Winter Weddings

No-one does a Winter Wedding reception like the team at Sault. Pure Romance and perhaps a little snow.

Sault offers the perfect setting for a wonderful Winter Wedding, with its open fire vast sweeping views over the lake and sumptuous regional dishes. We are happy to offer a discount for Winter Weddings and will assist you in tailoring your special day.

An intimate ceremony by the fire for group of up to 30 or perhaps you would like us to arrange a shuttle bus to collect your guests in town after your ceremony.

The tabled banquet offers a fantastic option for guests to mingle and chat as they enjoy the evening.
