Our Seasonal Menu is full of fresh, delicious dishes highlighting local and regional produce including our own Kitchen Garden. Head Chef Liam Scott and his dedicated team create a tantalizing menu with many options available including 3-course, Tasting, and Vegetarian.

Weddings at Sault

With fields of beautiful Lavender, our own lake and stunning garden estate, Sault makes the perfect location for your dream wedding. We offer several packages you can choose from including 2 and 3 course, 3-Course Deluxe and Grazing/Cocktail wedding packages and bronze, silver and gold beverage packages.

Wine

Sault has a wide selection of fine wine, imported and local beers, Sparkling wine, Cocktails and Liqueurs. We stock many local wines and liqueurs that compliment the fine local produce we use in our dishes, and our wait staff are very knowledgeable so feel free to ask for a suggestion.

Be quick and book your footy pack, all prepared in-house by the Sault chef team, ready for you to finish at home with easy heating instructions. The perfect footy feast!

  • Pre-orders and payment required no later than 10:00am Friday for same day collection or 6:00pm Friday forSaturday collection. (The earlier the better!).
  • Pick-up available between 3:00pm – 5:00pm on Friday 24th or Saturday 25th between 11:00am – 5.00pm. Timeswill be booked in advance.
  • Non-contact collection available if preferred.
