Sault COVID-19 Update

Sault COVID-19 Update

Sault wishes to advise a further update in relation to the current COVID-19 restrictions.

We wish to thank the many people who have been offering their support during this time.  To our beautiful, loyal customers and all those that have dined with us over the past 14 years, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

As of Wednesday 16th September 2020, the Victorian government has confirmed that, as of Thursday 17th September 2020, regional Victoria will be easing its stage 3 restrictions whilst Greater Melbourne will remain at stage 4. As such, we plan to re-open the restaurant on Friday 25th September 2020.

During the first stage in the easing of restrictions, there will be limits to our patron capacity etc, with a maximum of 10 guests dining indoors at any one time. We will have some outdoor dining options available, however this will be limited and subject to weather. As such, we are not able to take future bookings for the outdoor area. Our sitting times will remain at a maximum of 2 hours. While our bookings are greatly restricted, we regret to inform that we are not able to accept bookings with children included unless they are billed as an adult at the 3 course minimum amount, as per our seasonal menu (or 2 course price on Wednesdays). This is not a decision we have made lightly, being that our own children are such an important part of our lives and our story at Sault, however it is not financially viable for the business during these enforced restrictions. We hope this changes soon.

We will be adhering to all requirements from the State government and the health authorities to ensure the safety of all and obviously our guests will be required to do the same. We are also recommending that all our potential guests download the COVIDSafe app.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions, we are happy to help. Please keep an eye our website for further details and updates.

We are all in this together and we wish everyone stays safe, happy and healthy.

We look forward to seeing you soon, hopefully enjoying a wonderful dining experience with us and the beautiful surrounds of our region.

We wish you love, we wish happiness, we wish you all the best.

Jodi, Damien, Max & Lilly and the team at Sault.
