Restaurant Bookings

If you would like to make a booking to dine at Sault, please fill out the following form and we will get back to you to confirm as quickly as possible. Please note that bookings with 4 or more people require deposit of $20.00pp, the deposit amount will be taken off your final bill (A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise deposit is forfeited).. Bookings of 7 or more are required to be on the 7 course Tasting menu.

We also offer an express mid-week 2 course menu for $60.00 per person available Wednesday and Thursday evenings for dinner and Friday lunch only (excluding public holidays).

Dining on public holidays will incur a $15 per-head surcharge.
