Sault COVID-19 Update

Sault wishes to advise a further update in relation to the current COVID-19 situation.

We wish to thank the many people who have been offering their support during this time and visiting us at the produce store.  To our beautiful, loyal customers and all those that have dined with us over the past 14 years (yes it’s been that long!), from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

As you are probably now aware the Victorian government has confirmed that as of Monday June 1st restrictions will again slightly ease. As such, we are now planning to re-open the restaurant for in-house dining as of Wednesday June 3rd, our booking system will be available again soon. There are many things we need to adjust and we will be working hard to do so over the next few weeks to ensure that the health and safety of both our staff and customers is maintained. Due to the first stage of easing having restrictions for a maximum of 20 guests at any one time, there will be changes to our sitting times (maximum of 2 hours) and slight changes to our menu structure. The maximum group booking size will be 6 persons during stage one. In addition, while our bookings are greatly restricted during stage one, we regret to inform that we are not able to accept bookings with children included unless they are billed at the 3 course minimum amount, as per our seasonal menu (or 2 course price on Wednesdays). This is not a decision we have made lightly, being that our own children are such an important part of our lives and our story at Sault, however it is not financially viable for the business during these first stages of opening to not put this in place. We hope this changes soon and with stage two of the easing being scheduled for late June it should.

We will be adhering to all requirements from the State government and the health authorities to ensure the safety of all and obviously our guests will be required to do the same. We are also recommending that all our potential guests download the COVIDSafe app.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or questions, we are happy to help.

We are all in this together and we wish everyone stays safe, happy and healthy.

We look forward to seeing you soon, hopefully enjoying a wonderful dining experience with us and the beautiful surrounds of our region.

We wish you love, we wish happiness, we wish you all the best.

Jodi, Damien, Max & Lilly and the team at Sault.
