Autumn has arrived

Autumn has arrived at Sault with a burst of gold and some very exciting and tasty new dishes inspired by our seasonal kitchen garden.

Connie Cao shared her beautiful day at Sault to celebrate this stunning time of year with a tour of the kitchen garden with our head chef Liam Scott, catching a glimpse of the beautiful veggies and herbs that are being used on our Autumn menu. Followed by a wander through the poplars by our lake that are beginning to turn gold (beautiful bespoke posie from our local farm Loganberry farm)

Loganberry Farm & Sault

A sneak peek beyond the farm gate at Loganberry farm, home to the stunning flowers we sell in our restaurant and beautiful eggs we use weekly on our menus.

We adore this amazing community of growers, artisans and producers and it’s wonderful to showcase their incredible produce in our restaurant along with art by local artist James Robertson (his works are highly sought after and often sell as soon as they arrive).

Our bespoke ceramics are made by the very talented Bridget Bodenham and are adored by our guests, their individual beauty enhances and cradles each dish so organically.
