New head chef Liam Scott
Sault Restaurant is thrilled to announce the appointment of Liam Scott as the new Head Chef.
Liam has been at Sault for the past 18 months as Sous Chef but now has embraced the opportunity to take on his new role as Head Chef.
Prior to Sault, Liam was also a chef at Kazuki’s and The Perfect Drop.
Liam first discovered the art of cooking through his mum, who is an exceptional baker. It was here he also developed his love for fresh produce, organic farming and the wonderful regional produce we are so lucky to be surrounded by.
Liam is excited to bring all of his learning to his own menus in 2021 and beyond, with a strong focus on the abundant and beautiful produce within the Sault kitchen gardens.
We are looking forward to a fantastic 2021 and can’t wait to have you dine with us at Sault.
