Welcome to Summer at Sault,
Our Summer menu created by Head chef Liam Scott and his brilliant team is bursting with fresh produce from our garden and surrounding farms.
One of our summer favorites are the stunning blueberries we are currently using on one of our desserts, these are delivered fresh each week by Carmen from Riverbenblueberries, yum!
Each week we have gorgeous bunches of locally grown flowers from Logenberryfarm available for our guests to purchase and take home (a lovely keepsake from the region)
We are enjoying the pretty lavender which is blooming at the moment and the sunflower field will soon be opening,
